December 2012, China promulgated the "Eight provisions" to strictly control the job consumption. The introduction of China’s listed companies management job consumption is increasingly affected by social and public media attention, people denounce for executives abuse of power, with the CPC promulgated the " eight provisions, six of the ban," was largely suppressed job consumption, but with the reduction in job consumption, enterprise performance happen to change? And policies for state-owned enterprises and non-state enterprises will have what effect? Worth an in-depth discussion in this paper.In this paper, after analyze the paper about the domestic and international consumer research, drawing on existing research results, based on the combination of the "Eight regulations" issued to executives of listed companies and the impact of the the consumer and corporate performance, propose suitable Assuming the status quo of China’s development Research, in this paper will use financial data for 2010-2013 Shanghai and Shenzhen a-share listed companies, the study sample, the study of the eight provisions introduced to China changes in state-owned listed companies and non-state-owned listed companies serving consumer behavior, and to further investigate the effect of changes in consumer service on corporate performance. This article intended for use in the total assets of profitability (ROA), the management expense ratio, respectively, as corporate performance and alternative variable-job consumption, while other reasonable choice of relevant variables as control variables of the model.The results showed that eight of the promulgation of regulations for listed companies serving the consumer has played a significant inhibition. The introduction of the eight provisions, to a certain extent, inhibited the increase in service consumption, due to job consumption is part of the executive incentive compensation, thereby reducing the executives enthusiasm, resulting in declining corporate performance, but only a year-long policies, policy has had timeliness, a short time can not be good to play its due role, so in the long run, the introduction of the eight provisions, reducing the job consumption, thereby reducing the cost of business, thus promoting the growth of corporate performance.
