Impacting Factors Of Capital Structure For Manufacturing Industry Listing Corporation

In the situation of economic gloalization, the captial stucture is always focused on by domesticc and overseas.The history of the Listing Corporation in China has been more than 20 years. These listing Corporation has a very important role in the national economy. It is worth to pay attention on equity financing way and the source of capital for Listing Corporation play an important role in the development of those Listing Corporation. The object of this study is identified as manufacturing because that industry Listing Corporation in China market accounts for more than 60% of Listing Corporation and it is an important part of economic structure in China. So study industry capital structure of Listing Corporation is a representation. The special in this article is that Shanghai is China’s largest economic center and also has important status in China’s economic development. Therefore, this article takes Shanghai as an example and use 45 Shanghai industry Listing Corporation data for analysis to study the factors which influence industry Listing Corporation capital structure.This study seek to use multiple repression model to carry out analysis and collect related data from 2008 to 2013,45 Shanghai industry Listing Corporation to determine the influence factors for industry Listing Corporation capital structure. And analyses these influence factor by SPSS software. Finally gives the suggestion to optimize the capital structure.As the result, the larger scale, the stronger risk resistance ability.The stonger profitability, the less dependencce on extrenal financing.At the last, it provides suggestion on optimizing the capital structure and strengthen the enterprise scale.
