With the rapid development of global economic integration, information technology and internet technology, the emerging industries such as Cross-border E-commerce, Market Purchase and Trade show great vitality by growing fast and have a good development. The traditional way of supervision and regulation from China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau which is one departments of Chinese Government is not applicable to the emerging industries. Through the analysis of the entry-exit inspection and quarantine situation of cross-border e-commerce in China, and contrast the USA, Europe, Japan and other developed countries practice, this paper will find out the problems and cause of cross-border electronic commerce in China entry exit inspection and Quarantine. Finally, combined with the characteristics of cross-border electronic commerce, and the background of continue to deepen reform and decentralization of government,this paper will put forward suggestions on cross-border electronic commerce in China entry exit inspection and Quarantine.
