In recent years, the continuous development of social economy, science and technology are developing rapidly, the role of broadband consumption in the country’s economic growth has become increasingly prominent. Along with the implementation of the "broadband China" strategy, with the help of broadband use to enhance the information consumption level become the focus of the development of the information industry. At the same time, China’s telecom industry presents a number of operators "one world" in many times after the restructuring of the situation, especially in areas of broadband business. Therefore, has been in a dominant position in the broadband market China Telecom enterprises, faced with the pressure of huge loss of customers. In the face of the fierce market competition, China Telecom how to deal with in order to reduce the loss of customers, save the surge, has become the current urgent need to solve the problem, is the focus of this study. This paper mainly through the end of 2014 in the city of S Telecom broadband customer network and loss of sample data, using SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis, the consumption of the four major factors affecting the loss of customers and six related factors, and clustering to loss of customers; and combined with the present situation of the basic theory and S broadband services, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to deal with the loss of six broadband customers; finally, the implementation of countermeasures from the perspective of business management put forward specific safeguard measures. This paper has a certain reference value to the conclusions and countermeasures to the loss of China Telecom S broadband customers.
