The Internal Control Research And Countermeasures Of Company BC

Under the economic globalization and the increasing competition market,the crisis existed everywhere,and extends to various fields.It has a very important role to ensure the reliability of financial reporting,improve business effectiveness and efficiency,and achieve the overall goal of the enterprise,make up for the enterprise management defects.As the most important management of modern enterprise,enterprise management paid more and mare attention to internal control.This article summarizes theoretical study on internal control,as well as the relevant theoretical knowledge,based on internal company on BC control status of an in-depth, detailed investigation. BC company has the continuous expansion of scale,the radius of management increases,but due to management level is increasing,in terms of internal control,,to further improve the control environment,to improve the risk awareness,control activities,information and communication headcounts and internal oversight is not in pplace,all these issures urgently need to further improve the company’s internal control systerms,in order to standardize the company management behavior and prevent risks,ensure that the company will continue to grow and develop in the fierce market competition.In terms of the content,this paper is not the comprehensive rebuilding of BC internal control.Combining the actual characteristics of BC,evaluation of guidance and audit guidelines,this paper that regards the internal control basic norms and application guidance as the main theoretical basis mainly researches the existing defects of Bcinternal control,finds the major loopholes of the design of internal control system and the control program that is perfectly designed but fails to get effective implementation,helps enterprises to improve the existing internal control system.This paper takes BC company as research object,with the purpose of figuring out the common problem in internal control system of our country’s high technology enterprises,and hoping they will be of some value to the enterprises in this field.
