A Development of Internet and online technology of the 21st century has influence and profound effect on people’s daily life. In recent years, the Internet e-commerce or online shopping has been involved with new science and technological advancement which are rapidly growing. An online shopping has become so popular and caused new consumption patterns in buyers. General population can use any network platform such as personal computer or mobile device to make and enjoy online purchase with ease.Online shopping is increasing the size in China the most in recent years and attracting more and more online shopper every day. Diverse groups of population structure purchase items online with net purchases of goods are increasingly higher. This new network offers a new type of consumer platform, completely changing traditional shopping patterns in buyers, generate its own e-commerce market. Currently, many business owners and retailers navigate toward e-commerce and target online market platform through the use of Internet technology that help bridges them with consumers while effectively cut unnecessary business expenses, save cost, and less wait time. Opening a traditional store that can be a real cumbersome with approval procedures, advertise cost, and lot of business relate expenses.China and nearby regions like Thailand, these two parties are closer in contact, but the pace of development of China’s online shopping is significantly much higher than one in Thailand, the emerging field of e-commerce has grown and occupy an important position in the economic growth of this new industry. Business owners in Thailand began to emerge in consumer attention on online shopping throughout recent years. The new online market shopping is also increasing day to day; more commodities have become rich and varied. However building the technology platform is also obviously inadequate, given the emerging mature consumer market to promote the development of the Thai economy as a whole is, the national government level began to attach great importance to the construction of the platform to advance the field of play to its economic growth, "Troika" of a role. In contrast to the basis of this status quote, while the development of electronic commerce between the two countries. The analysis of behavioral characteristics in consumer groups shows a grasp on future direction of e-commerce.Prior to writing this essay, I have read a lot of literature and done lots of research on consumer behavior of college students. College students are on emerging field of consumer online shopping study. They have become the focus of attention of many scholars and more to marketing community, social psychology perspective. These researchers focus on college students’ personality, fashion, and buying attitude, by catering to their needs while providing guidance to operators. This paper summarizes a rich theoretical basis of previous studies on the use of empirical theory by quantifying the factors of online shopping behavior of college students to explore their awareness of the consumption patterns of online shopping in order to predict future trends.In this research, online shopping group selection on college students as research sample characteristics comparative study based on different countries Students consumer behavior, through access to relevant documents, understand the Thai Students’ Cultural Consumption concept, design questionnaires, to understand the impact their perception of online shopping and selection, the factors affecting online shopping behavior into shopping motivation, shopping, shopping problems and other categories, the imputation factors influence the dimensions of their online shopping, and then the collected data and meta-analysis summarized quantitatively explore the most significant impact What two factors of college students network behavior is the purchase? Finally, attribution analysis and draw relevant conclusions and recommendations, this paper argues, the Thai shop operators must know college students age characteristics are based on the demands of the other side to meet individual needs. At the same time, the government of China and Thailand must effectively strengthen supervision and regulate the industry business practices, increase technology investment in the network security operations to provide a safe and secure environment for consumers to make online consumer platform to give public recognition, e-commerce continued development to provide protection.
