As China’s financial industry opening to the world, the market competition is becoming fierce, the Commercial Banks of in China pay more attention to strengthen their position in competition by means of improving marketing competitiveness. However, compared with the marketing situation of commercial banks in western countries, marketing development of commercial banks in China is still at the preliminary stage. Therefore, commercial banks in China learn experience from western commercial banks, correctly understanding the status and characteristics of its own, develop the marketing strategy in the new environment.In this paper, from the basic theory, methods and application status of marketing, combined with the author’s working experiences in the rural credit union in years, investigated the external data research and analysis on Yongning Rural Credit Union, then researched by the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and combined theory with practice in Yongning Credit Union to expressed the development of marketing and competitive, the purpose is to sort out on the optimization of the marketing system and the development prospects of the marketing status to Yongning Credit Union at present. This paper introduced the current marketing situation and competitiveness of Yongning Rural Credit Union, and made analysis of marketing business, marketing system, and other relative content, then pointed out the problems that in current marketing competitiveness. According to theses analysis and problems, this paper extracted the marketing strategy target and thought for Yongning Rural Credit Union, and pointed out the countermeasure to improve marketing competitiveness. At last, the author pointed out the measures that ensure the new marketing system can be carried out successfully.
