Empirical Analysis On Economic Effect Of Service Outsourcing Industry In Wuhan City

With the constantly upgrading and development of Service Outsourcing,the industry will face more opportunities and challenges, as transfer from lower cost to enhance enterprise core competition.As the global service outsourcing market has been gradually developed to high-end, diversified, vertical trend, so service with knowledge, high technology, innovation, and personal will be more competitive.In five years,the industry will extend to broader range of services and production processes, not only in IT industry,and will be an important carrier of new round adjustment of global industrial structure and important way to realize the global division of labor.The "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period is the prime time to develop service outsourcing industry of Wuhan city.The development of service outsourcing industry can directly promote the adjustment and optimization of the economic structure of Wuhan City and increase the employment rate, especially the College Students’employment, and reducing the energy consumption. In line with the low carbon energy saving environmental protection consciousness. The service outsourcing industry not only contribute to the growth of gross domestic product,and is also green GDP. It also has more obvious effect in energy conservation, environmental protection and other aspects. The effect of technology spillovers and industrial transformation and upgrading is the new fulcrum of future development of open economy in Wuhan City, which is also the key point of Wuhan Economic Transformation from extensive to intensive.This paper first combed the relevant overview of service outsourcing, including concept, classification, motivation and so on and then study the service outsourcing theory based on the value chain theory, the core competitiveness of enterprises theory and so on. Then explore the situation of Wuhan service outsourcing, including the development course, the present situation and the problem soft development. Following, study the employment effects,trade effects industrial structure effects and technology spillover effects. The employment effects include two parts increasing the employment number and a raise in salary. Describing the industrial structure effects on urging the rationalization and optimization of the industrial structure. Explaining the technology spillover effects in terms of the forward and backward linkages between the inter industry and intra industry. The fifth chapter is the core part of this article, using the econometric models, such as stability test, Grainger causality test and regression analysis, demonstrating the employment effects, trade effects, industrial structure effects and technology spillover effects of Wuhan service outsourcing. Finally finding it has obvious effects on the trade effects, industrial structure effects and technology spillover effects, but has no effects on the employment effects. At the end of this paper, giving the corresponding measures in three aspects, vigorously developing the high-end talents, actively expanding the enterprises and strengthening the protection of intellectual property and the intensity of information security.
