Vigorously develop the equipment manufacturing industrial,which makes a great contribution significance to stimulate the economic growth,increase the exports,create the employment opportunities and consolidate the national defense construction.In recent years,as the core city for undertaking the industrial transfer in Anhui province,Wuhu,achieving a rapid and benign development.Therefore, the overall economic level is the second.The equipment manufacturing industrial,s the leading industrial to drive the economic growth,plays a decisive role in the entire industrial economic development.As for Wuhu, "twelfth five-year" period is not only a stage for rapid development,but also a period facing many difficulties for the equipment manufacturing industrial.The competition pressure from manufacturing back flow in the developed countries,the affection for the changing of the economic structure optimization and upgrading,the calling for the demand of the green environmental protection, the unreasonable of the industrial internal structure,the lacking of innovation and so on, challenged the equipment manufacturing industrial.Therefore,at the beginning of a new round of economic growth and in the background of the industrial transfer,the revitalization of the transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industrial has an important strategic significance for an innovation growth.Literature research,comparative analysis,the combination of qualitative and quantitative method and the combining of the theory and practice analysis are used in the article.First of all,the paper systematically combed the related literature about the transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industrial through the collection,analysis,collation and induction,the related research results are obtained a further study,its connotation and characteristics are mainly studied,therefore,breaking through the traditional industrial transfer theory is to realize the industrial innovation growth is put forward. Secondly,using the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method,the present situation and ability for the transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industrial are researched. Results show that Wuhu equipment manufacturing industry scale grown rapidly possessed strong industry foundation,made a larger contribution to the overall employment and national economic,all of those laid the foundation for the transformation and upgrading;But the transformation and upgrading comprehensive ability is not very strong,mainly in the weak industrial development ability,weak industry profitability,low solvency and the industry innovation ability remain to be further strengthened etc.Finally,in order to deeply reflect the influence factors of it,using principal component analysis,the paper selects 18 specific indicators and establishes the empirical analysis model,the results concluded that the industrial growth rate,the scientific research investment,the capital structure management and the marketing capabilities have bigger influence on the ability for the transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industrial.Based on the above analysis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures such as making a technology collaborated innovation road,strengthening the training of upgrading awareness,promoting the coordinated development of the first industrial and the related industries,developing products market at home and abroad and establishing a scientific evaluation mechanism for the transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industrial.Through this paper,firstly,the readers can have a more in-depth understanding of the comprehensive ability and influence factors for the transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industrial, with the help of this,some new perspectives and ideas will be provided a regional exploration study on the industrial transformation and upgrading theory.Secondly,grasping the general law of the industrial transformation and upgrading and its special law in social practice,then combining the researches of the basic theory for the industrial transfer and the theory for the industrial transformation and upgrading,which can provide the theoretical basis of the guiding ideology and development principles for the industrial transfer.
