Scheduling algorithm and scheduling model are often used in production field. Objective scheduling research is to form a scheduling scheme, for the planning and control of production process. In order to meet the production equipment and machining process, according to the demand of the market rational allocation and utilization of existing resources, to complete a variety of production index and various performance as much as possible to optimize system, bring significant economic benefits for enterprises.S company is a joint venture of auto parts enterprises which produces and sales auto lamps. With the continuous expansion of the sales market, products need to meet increasingly various experimental standards. As the core department of the quality of the products, the lamps laboratory undertakes the huge task. In order to reduce the delay rate of the laboratory task and to raise working efficiency, without increasing cost, a scheduling model of the task sequence optimization is a feasible method to improve the work..The main issues of this paper are list as followed:1. The paper then, from the angle of research on the parallel machine scheduling tasks, presents analysis and hypothesis of task group’s scheduling. Besides, we establish the model of parallel machine scheduling tasks through the method of using genetic simulated annealing algorithm and succeed to minimize the completion time, after comparison of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm.2. Based on the research of parallel machine scheduling tasks, we extend the study’s scope to the completed detection task and then set up a three-stage hybrid scheduling model. The scheduling model uses parallel machine scheduling method and scheduling method which can split task scheduling model, we use the genetic algorithm and the single order scheduling method of scheduling, to obtain the optimal scheduling results.3. Through the practical calculation example, we verify the parallel machine program, three-stage hybrid scheduling model and relevant algorithm one by one. According to the results of study on experimental tasks scheduling system, the advanced scheduling algorithm and the scheduling model we proposed in the paper can improve the work in laboratory efficiently which are proved to be practical. By simplifying the dynamic scheduling difficulties, and based on the three-stage hybrid scheduling model insert rescheduling model.
