With the establishment of market economy and the entry of foreign Banks, domesticBanks face a more complicated market environment and fierce competition in the sameindustry. If not timely improve the level of credit management, credit asset quality must havenot improve, will form a larger financial risks and damage to the healthy development of thenational economy directly. At present, under the framework of the new capital accord, Bankshave comprehensive promotion and implementation of risk management at home and abroad,the domestic most of the commercial Banks have set up their risk managementorganizational structure. In order to fully coordinate the relationship between riskmanagement and business development, each big commercial bank based on the processreengineering to improve the importance of risk management of the business process.Commercial Banks face is the main risk of commercial bank credit risk, with thedevelopment of market economy, China’s commercial Banks appeared a thriving scene, theoriginal big four state-owned commercial Banks in order to consolidate and developthemselves, emerging joint-stock commercial Banks in order to strive for the bankingindustry competition in the market share and growth, is in constant improve theircompetitive ability, including profitability, risk control ability, scale strength, developmentability, etc. Enterprises to realize scientific management, process reengineering is a veryimportant means, is the enterprise development to a certain stage inevitable product, is themodern enterprise core competitiveness of the important measures. City commercial bank,after nearly three years of rapid development, the future, how to improve the corecompetitive ability, make oneself in the increasingly fierce competition in an impregnableposition, is the bottleneck problem of the current city commercial Banks face.Based on J bank as the research object, combined with the domestic and foreignadvanced management concept and credit evaluation process was studied, with commercialbank marketing is defined as the fundamental, to the financial market as the guidance, frommeet the needs of customers, using their own resources advantage, using whole integratedmanagement, the banking products sell and service concept to customers, to achieve the goalof mutual benefit double surplus with customers.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter of this article research background, research significance, research the overall train of thought and framework. Thesecond chapter introduces the commercial bank credit risk management and processreengineering related theory, this paper introduces the relevant theories of commercial bankcredit risk, the main problems of our country commercial bank credit risk management, thispaper has introduced the related theory of business process reengineering. To shuttle the loanof air conditioning example introduces a loan lifecycle and risk points. Third chapter to Jbank as an example, status quo of J bank credit business review process are analyzed. Thefourth chapter according to the domestic advanced bank credit approval characteristic, fromthe system to process, to develop the credit evaluation process improvement scheme, and isexpected to the implementation of the new approval process effect. The fifth chapter,according to the correct business philosophy with credit approval process of safeguardmeasures.
