Idle agricultural development body can promote employment andincrease in rural incomes, extending agriculture industry chain, to promote the developmentof rural areas, can also meet the needs of the people close to nature, return to nature.Shouguang as a member of the national counties, developing leisure agriculture can forfurther enriching the connotation of the shouguang leisure industry, leisure market active areacontent, enhance product added value and market competitiveness. Shouguang leisureagriculture development, help to achieve the leisure leading products and ancillary productscomplement each other, realize the benign unification, protect the environment and miningvalue increase farmers’ income, safeguard the rights and interests of farmers, to promotesound and rapid economic development in the countryside.In this paper, the author first has carried on the discrimination and the definition ofrelated concepts leisure agriculture, expounds some related research leisure agriculture, andthen use the research methods of literature research method, interview method and so on hascarried on the analysis to the development of agriculture in Shouguang City leisure. On thisbasis, the author sums up the Shouguang City leisure agriculture mainly tourists from the cityand the surrounding counties and cities, the urban residents is the main source of tourists,mainly young and middle-aged, occupation are mostly academic level is relatively high, theincome to low-income based civil servants, business unit staff and students. Low consumption,short residence time, travel need strong complex with family and friends, travel motivation,travel is given priority to, to travel by private car and bus as the main mode of transportation,like accommodation in the farm, like natural and native, like native products, like toparticipate in the activities of the project of strong. The present problems and the developmentof leisure agriculture in Shouguang City faced started late, weak economic strength,development level is not high, the form of a single, low quality workers, policies and regulations should be improved etc.. Finally, put forward a series of reasonable policies andsuggestions to solve these problems. Through a series of measures to strengthen thegovernment of leisure agri guidance and support, to improve the construction of infrastructure,development of the overall layout and planning work, build quality, establish a brand, topromote the development of leisure agriculture in Shouguang City, combined with the typicalcase to analysis.
