| Project changes are usually inevitable throughout the entire process of the project implementation. Especially in the implementation of the project of medium and small IT enterprises, due to various reasons such as customers, technology, resources, project changes are very frequent and diverse. And they often affect the success of the project, even the relationship between survival and development of enterprises. Project management capabilities of the current medium and small IT enterprises are generally poorer, and the widespread project change has become the biggest risk and problem during the enterprise project management. According to statistics, project failure rate in the medium and small enterprise IT companies has reached80%, which is directly related to the poor project management while project change is an important cause leading to the project management failure. The premise of accomplishing project management is to deal with project change properly. Project change management has become the core of medium and small IT enterprise project management and has a crucial impact on the development of enterprises.This thesis will base on the guidance of project management theory. First, we will investigate and analyze the project management status and characteristics of the project change for medium and small IT enterprise. Second, we will focus on analyzing the status of the project change management and existing issues, and point out the importance and necessities of the project change management for medium and small IT enterprise. Third, we establish a project change processor medium and small IT enterprise by summarizing the project management and project change management. Next, by using the expert method and research method, we analyze the affecting factors that project change brings to projects and enterprises in order to determine the project change evaluation index and establish a project evaluation index system. Then, by adopting AHP method and evaluation scoring, we establish change evaluation index system, build project change evaluation model, quantify assessment the impact that the changes bring according to different evaluation index, and present an assessment decision method. Last but not least, we verify our proposed method and model by the practice, taking one project from the author’s company as the case.The research results will provide small and medium IT enterprises with direct guidance and help in project change management. This has a strong practical significance. |
