DF Biological Company Limited HBV Vaccine Production Proiect Research On Total Quality Management

Based on the current status and problems of the total quality management of vaccine production in the world, taking HBV vaccine production of DF Biotech Ltd as an example, this essay analyzed how to apply the total quality management in HBV vaccine production.By means of document retrieval, data analysis, and interview, this essay reorganized the quality check points of HBV vaccine production. Inadequate quality management is found to be one of the major reasons resulting in unstable quality of HBV vaccine. PDCA method was adopted to analyze how to implement the total quality management into the progress of HBV production.Current study shows that the total quality management of HBV vaccine production has been greatly improved through the establishment of department of quality control and work report recording system, clarification of job responsibility and staff-inclusion management. The improved total quality management has stabilized HBV vaccine quality, increased vaccine output and decreased production cost.In conclusion, taking DF biological company limited HBV vaccine production as an example, this essay discussed the application of total quality management in the production of HBV vaccine.
