With the circulation system of agricultural products has been deepening and the marketization degree become more and more higher,the village brokers grows gradually.China is a traditional agriculture country,the difficult sales of agricultural products is a bottleneck that restrict the development of rural economy, however,the brokers can solve the problem. They are the bridge between the peasants’products and the demand of agricultural market.At present,more than90%of the agricultural and sideline products are sold by the brokers, and they play an important role in the adjustment of agricultural structure,the promotion of agricultural products,the increase of peasants’income and the employment of surplus labor force.But at the moment,the conflict between the imperfect of the rural brokers and the rapid development of market economy forces us to think how to solve this problem, to make the brokers have a better service to "Agriculture, Countryside and Fanner" issues is an urgent task in front of us.This paper analyses the concept of rural brokers, as well as the rural brokers related theory.Such as the rural intermediary organization theory, the Marxist distribution theory and the transaction cost theory.Trough the research of the rural brokers and its development in Hebei province, and the analysis of the current agricultural condition,the way of peasants’income and the agricultural industrialization, the writer points out the problems of Hebei rural rokers such as low comprehensive quality, the low degree of organization and information and weak rural brokers runtime environment.For these problems,the writer puts forward suggestions om how to accelerate the brokers,such as perfecting the rural market economic and cultural environment,accelerating the process of agricultural industrialization, promoting the transformation of farmers’production concept,building the import of talent,innovation platform and the construction of agricultural information platform system and government policies guide,in order to encourage rural agent services for new rural construction in Hebei province.
