As the issuance of3G licenses, the3G Industry Applications became a key competition field among the three major telecom operators (China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom) in China. Carriers operating transferred from the operation of the analog to digital traffic information, mobile digital information management to the development of the3G intermediary platform. As a brand-new field, only innovation could push3G Industry Applications moving forward. Based on the3G Industry Applications research among the great deal of subscribers, considering the variety of Guangdong Unicom’s existing product promotion resources, how could we keep the local industry application not only benefit our subscribers but also profit to the telecom operator itself are worth studying.Domestic and international research shows that for predicting and explaining the use of information systems, Technology Acceptance Model Theory helps. The operators in the construction of information product intermediary platform, not only need to accurately grasp the customer needs, but also can stand in the customer point of view to recognize the value of the software innovation, support and help developers to improve their products. Even though,3G technology and early information technology are different, from the IT point of view, they are quite similar. This research is based on the analysis of the theory knowledge and history development between TA (Technology Acceptance) model, TRA (Theory of Reasoned Action) model, TPB (Theory of Planned Behavior) model and Trust of Believe (TB) model. TAM model and TB model were combined together to analyze the key factors of the trusty relationship in the industry applications promotion activities. During product promotion process, the two elements of the Technology Acceptance Model which could impact the3G industry products were verified and the seed customer model was refined as well. The conclusion of the research can promote China Unicom’s industrial applications business scale.Successful cases of Information Technology companies were analyzed in this research to find the potential key factors of their success and how these factors became effective.3G-School, Red-Weibo and Easy-traffic which had great market reflects products were chosen and being carefully investigated. Background data statistics and business weekly reporting method, a Big Data mode, was used in this research to instead the traditional questionnaire survey to improve the ability of tracking experiments. The effect of adopting customer incentive measures could be impacted with the data collecting from system. Background analyzing of clicks on varieties business was used in this research to instead the traditional questionnaire survey. Customer details and classifications providing by system could be utilized for depth analysis. Market reaction background data mining outputs could explain the reason for differences between forecasting and resulting in these cases. The results of this research could provide theory evidence in dynamic promotion actions.With the popularization of internet and the acceleration of mobile internet, the3G service has been developed from increasing the customer number to promoting scale application based on the mediation platform. The research find that it has been realizing value for enterprise and customer based on the case study and valued data analysis results. As already owning a large number of customers, Guangdong Unicom should analyze the internal structure and trust relation within them to develop new customer.The research find that it has been realizing value for enterprise and customer based on the case study and valued data analysis results. Author attempts to gather all these data, analysis of the actual performance of the seed customers and try to find issues during promoting, and then raise improvement actions.While in the specific product research and practice activities, the TAM Model was effective to the industry application and newly3G business. The conclusion of this research which explains construction and operation of the intermediary platform is a new way for operators while during the post-3G era, and the mode that building up the seed customers who were trusted by the other customers could benefit the telecommunication industrial applications directly.
