Researching On Architecture Of Enterprise Valuation Analysis

In Chinese accounting standards, there are huge differences of financial models between Chinese and global’s. As a matter of fact, we still need to do some further researching on how to guide enterprise valuations.Therefore, a valuation analysis architecture, which is not only independent on valuation theory and method, but also be able to guide valuation practicing, has been developed. By finding those universal natures of different valuation processing, relationship between theories and guidance can be found. The main way of this research is guiding the code of enterprise valuations with analysis discussed by:how an enterprise’s strategy influences its capital structure and its cost of capital; what are the key value driver factories within such a strategy.In this thesis, a real valuation case is included which is finished by the way of thinking of the architecture that is developed by my researching. The main content includes:discussing background of industry market and how much the target enterprise’s strategy is fit for this background; describing capital structure of the enterprise and the ones in the same industry; finding key value driver factories of the enterprise; executing the processes of enterprise valuation.
