Research On Real Estate Risk Management Of Beijing Huayuan Hotel Project

With the rapid development of Chinese national economy and Increasingly accelerated pace of national development, the real investment scale is growing, and it has become a pillar industry of the national economy. Meanwhile it also brought many uncertainties of real estate with various changes on environment. In addition, as real estate has many characteristics such as large investment, longtime cycle, strong regional, the project risks are increasing, and the loss due to risk has become increasing serious. Therefore, it’s a great practical significance to deep research of the risk management of real estate projects.This paper combines the theory and specific practice of the real estate project risk management, and also has researched on real estate development project risks which based on the theory and methodology of Beijing Huayuan Hotel. Firstly, this paper introduces basic situation and analyzes the circumstances factors of the project. Secondly, it states risk identification and risk assessment of the project. Finally, it proposes appropriate risk management measures with current situation,in order to take correct risk response and monitoring.This paper aims to strength awareness of risk management and improve the importance of risk management, as well as to enhance the capacity of the risk identification, risk assessment and risk response, which based on the study of the risk management of Beijing Huayuan Hotel project and also ensure to take early prevention for any risks, which can improve the ability to resist risk projects to make sure the project to be successful.
