Research and development is the source of enterprise technology innovation, and innovation is the soul of enterprise core competence construction. Especially in the current modern society led to information technology, the Internet, information technology industry as one of the leading industry of our national economy, the research on attention and input influences the comprehensive national power of our country to a certain extent.Therefore, the A stock market in Shanghai and Shenzhen two city information technology enterprise2010-2013years of R&D investment and business performance as the research sample, through the construction of information technology of enterprise operating performance evaluation system, using the descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and combined with the Cobb Douglas production function, technical personnel in information technology the number of enterprises, technical staff, R&D costs affect the investment intensity, investment in R&D intensity on the operating performance of the empirical analysis, hysteresis and studied the R&D investment impact on business performance.The research proved that:the profitability of enterprise information technology investment intensity by the technical staff a greater impact, and by R&D intensity influence is not obvious; R&D investment impact on business performance, less technical personnel input and capital investment impact on the operating performance of the large. At the same time, the information technology enterprise R&D investment impact on business performance does not exist obvious hysteresis.
