Performance Research Of Listed Private Enterprises In Central Region

After the global financial crisis, economicgrowthof China plummeted. So economicgrowth of China rate slowed under the impact of the global economic environment. Economic growth of7.5%has become the key point. As the long-term economic leader in China, development in East has entered the stage of transformation and upgrading and oriented economy has been more affected by the external environment. And the development in Western, as the early development of the national strategy, has been implemented for many years. But on the other hand, because of their small base, the development in Western has limited impact on economy of China. Economy in the center of China, as strategic points, has gradually been the primary development target. Central region accounted for only10.7%of the national land, but it contributes nearly20%of GDP. So the development of Central China has become a priority and it has begun to emerge. However, in place of resource consumption and environmental degradation, sustainable economic and innovation economy has become the dominant contemporary development. On the other hand, in the whole process of economic development, the real economy as a core of economic development has a more significant impacton stimulating economic growth. Development of private enterprises in the region has great influence on the economic indicators there. Meanwhile, favorable marketenvironment can promote the development of private economy as well. Therefore, the study of the development of the quality of listed private plays an important role in thedevelopment even or the rise of the entire Central.The essay conducted a comprehensive review and evaluation on domestic and foreign corporate performance, principal component analysis and DEA development context. According to this, Two-stage analysis methods-principal component analysis and DEA analysis are established. While Central Region listed private enterprise performance evaluation system is built, according to2010-2012listed private companies in analysis and research of Central Performance. First, based on internal data and outer environmental impact, perfect principal component analysis model could be built and the main factors that impact corporate performance might be filtered. Secondly, according to the preceding factors screened, constructing the second stage DEA analysis model, analyze and research Central business performance of listed companies through the second stage the adjusted input variables. By analyzing the technical efficiency of the six central provinces of listed companies, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency and effective evaluation of the performance of listed companies, the development problems of Private Listed Companies could be identified and appropriate countermeasures could be proposed.This innovation is to study the performance of the six provinces in central private enterprises listed in China, on the basis of principal component analysis and DEA analysis. Effectively filtering out a large influence factor by principal component analysis, and ultimately providing feasible development proposals for listed private enterprises in Central with the analysis of technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, by using DEA data envelopment analysis.
