Therefore, it has become the key topic for the accounting firms in our country that how to take effective methods and measures to prevent and control the risk of accounting firm, to seek a more ideal business risk management system so that we can not only improve its risk management capacity but also grasp the opportunity, better.In this paper, we based on the important research results of accounting firm business risk management of the experts and scholars at home and abroad. First of all, we defined the business risk and management of accounting firms; Secondly, we have carried on a detailed analysis and research aiming at the problems in the firm’s business risk management. Then, we put forward the business process, the system of internal control and risk management system for the external environment. Finally, we test the scientific of the run of system by a case of Harbin Jianxing Certified Public Accountants Company. We also put forward three big operational countermeasures to ensure the system running so that it can achieve the purpose of reducing or avoiding business risk of firms.
