Rural micro-credit as a new way of helping the poor credit is a means of helping the poor people of the traditional and innovative achievements. In2006,Pprofessor Yunus received the Novel Peace Prize makes the micro-credit in rural areas caused widespread concern around the world, further attention and promotion. There are many foreign-developed rural micro-credit cases, such as Grameen Bank, Rural Credit Department of the Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bancsol. These cases to the successful operation of rural micro-credit in China business development experience. From the current practice of view, China’s rural micro-finance business, with a certain degree on the support and improvement of low-income groups, poor people living provided strong support, but the development of rural micro-credit business relatively late, yet not achieve sustainable development. Of China’s rural micro-credit is to increase the sustainable development of the income of peasants and the development of the rural economy needs, but also in rural areas where lack of financial supply improve the rural financial market.At first, this paper expounds the theoretical basis, definition of microfinance, analyses the practice of microfinance development at home and abroad, and through the gap between supply and demand of microfinance in China and the analysis of sustainable development, to improve the development of microfinance in China puts forward some Suggestions. The first chapter is introduction, mainly describes the research background, this paper gives the reader a general framework about this idea; The second chapter presents the theoretical basis for related to microfinance; The third chapter mainly analyzes the microfinance for inclusive financial demand and supply; The fourth chapter for the rural microfinance sustainable development and its influence factors analysis; The fifth chapter put forward the development of microfinance, constructing inclusive financial policy recommendations.
