| Financial escorting in the financial industry occupies an important position, and financial escorting security is one of the core problems. Currently, all kinds of the banks are going into the socialization of financial escorting, and they shift the risk of the guard to the professional security company and lower their costs and risks. For security of company, they face the three safety risk on the escorting way, the outlets handover, and warehouse monitoring. And the escorting way and outlets handover are the more important. The paper does the logistics program for this problem, and we hope that the risk can be lowered in the financial escorting.Firstly, through the problem analysis of financial escorting logistics program, I establish the corresponding model in the paper. Based on the parking, treasury, banking outlets and financial escorting vehicle, I establish their corresponding relationship, and finish the financial escorting logistics program model.Secondly, for the established model, I designed the design thought on the distribution solution, and then the comprehensive consideration. For the special problem on the many bank sites, I put the bank sites together for the close range on the fuzzy clustering. And it is convenient for the distribution of the bank sites. For the distribution of the bank sites, which is the most important and the main block, it solved on the simulated annealing genetic algorithm. And it not only raises the alogorithm convergence speed, but also gets rid of the defect that the genetic algorithm is easy to fall into the local extreme value point. For the least vehicles solved, I use the first-fit heuristic. Although it is slow through compareing with the next-fit heuristic in the computation speed, it can get the smaller solution. For the problem about the vehicles of the treasury assigned the parking, I use the genetic algorithm based on the spanning tree, and it compared with genetic algorithm based on the matrix, it is quick. The simulation results show that simulated annealing genetic algorithm improves the convergence speed, and it improves greatly in dealing with the large scale problem. So it has a very good validation for the forecast.Lastly, on the basis of the study, the main technology and function are analyzed for the subsystem of the financial escorting logistics program. Conbined with the actual situation, the system function structure and database are designed. Simulated annealing genetic algorithm,first-fit heuristic and genetic algorithm based on the spanning tree, which are programme by java, are embedded in the corresponding data analysis module, and the subsystem achieve the function of the financial escorting logistics program. |
