The use of organizational websites for recruitment has become increasingly common. If jobseekers are not familiar with some organizations, then their official websites become very important.Organizations should concern whether the ease of use and the richness of content on the websitescan attract job seekers. A well-designed organizational website can show a wealth of information tojob seekers, make job seekers have positive attitudes toward websites and present applications forenterprises despite they are not familiar with the organizations. And organizations also have morechoices choose the talents. Ease of use and content on the websites affect job seekers’ attitudestoward websites and organizational attractiveness, therefore it is necessary to research the influenceon organizational attractiveness of organizational website characteristics.In this study, graduates are asked to fill out the2questionnaires. Survey results from220undergraduate and graduate from different majors indicated that organizational websitecharacteristics (including ease of use, amount of information of future development opportunities,amount of information of pay and benefits, amount of information of organization culture)influenced organizational attractiveness through website attitudes, and website attitudes mediatedthe relation between website characteristics and organizational attractiveness.Finally, on the basis of analysis of results, some suggestions for organizations to enhance theattractiveness of the organization are given. Summary and forward-looking forecastes arementioned at the end of the paper.
