With the application of the strategic analysis tools in theory of enterprise management, the internal environment and external environment of Shenzhen LC Technology Corporation is analyzed on the basis of the basic theory of economics and management framework in this paper. Based on the analysis, the development strategy objective of the LC Company is put forward, further the company’s specific development strategy and concrete implementation steps is set out to try to provide the LC company a clear development strategy roadmap. In order to achieve the above goals, the dissertation mainly studies the following several aspects:First, the studying though is determined, and the research framework is set up.Second, the theory of development strategy is comprehensively analyzed.Third, LC Company’s state quo is introduced and the external environment of the industry is analyzed with the application of PEST method.Fourth, LC company competitive frame and internal environment is analyzed. Detailed analysis of LC Company Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats is made with the application of strategic management analysis tools-SWOT analysis model.Fifth, LC company development strategy is formulated. LC company development strategic target is developed on the basis of PEST and SWOT analysis models and then strategic choice is carried on.Sixth, the restructuring of enterprises, corporate governance structure optimization, planning of IPO implementation plan, and put forward the construction plan of marketing platform.
