With the development of society, modern logistics is developing. Scheduling andmonitoring are the cores of modern corporate logistics. Accelerating construction of logisticsinformatization process plays an indispensable role in intergrating logistics resources andimproving the operating level of modern logistics. The changing of development concept ofmodern corporate logistics together with the introducing of modern logistics managementsystem enables the comprehensive standard of logistics operation to improve incessantly and asa result, the development prospect of corporate logistics is quite promising. A great many largecorporates put intelligentized logistics scheduling and monitoring platform into use.Based on the research of logistics supply chain, the paper establishes vehicle schedulingmodel and utilizes intelligent heuristic method and researches on logistics monitoring. At thesame time the introduction of high-tech products GPS electronic lock to transform businessprocesses in the paper, it improves logistics and in-transit security. The specific research can bedivided into the following four parts:(1) The paper researches on the supply chain of modern corporate logistics and establishesmathematical model of vehicle scheduling. According to the actual situation of the corporate,the key research target of the paper lies in vehicle scheduling model without full load.(2) The paper also unfolds profound research on ant colony algorithm and simulatedannealing algorithm. Based on the two algorithms, new local pheromone updating method, newroute choice probability and direct arrangement solution on the basis of customers areconstructed respectively, which makes it easy to realize the algorithm and improve theoptimization ability. Therefore, in light of the actual situation of tobacco companies, thealgorithms are made into use of solving vehicle scheduling model without full load.(3) Through the large-scale information gathering of the logistics process. By GPS-GISsystem, GPS electronic lock information collection, logistics distribution vehicle status isautomatically updated in real time, businesses can monitor real-time and in-transit statusinformation via the logistics system. Human costs are saved, and it provide support for theoverall planning and distribution.(4) During the process of logistics monitoring, through the large-scale information gathering of the logistics process, logistics status monitoring, in-transit monitoring andGPS-GIS monitoring study, GPS-GIS and GPS electronic combination lock monitoring mode ispresented, which not only improve business processes but also strengthen monitoring ofcorporate logistics. If unexpected happens, the system will alert the incident locationinformation for the first time, which improve logistics in-transit security.At last, combined with the actual situation of the system operation, it verifies thefeasibility and efficiency of the logistics scheduling model,greatly improves the efficiency oflogistics scheduling, saves logistics costs, guarantees the safety of the goods. Users has beenwidely praised the system.
