As the limit of loan rates in July2013completely releasing, China’s market-oriented interest rate reform has entered a crucial stage. When the interest rate marketization reform is busying doing, commercial Banks must be clearly aware of that the interest rate market is a double-edged sword. It can make money flow more reasonable, prompting banks to innovation, accelerating the transformation of bank; It also influences bank operation and management, the increasingly prominent contradictions and problems of management,bank interests decreasing, profits shrinking, hitting the traditional profit model. Therefore, under the condition of marketization of interest rate, adjust and how to adjust the business model of commercial Banks is a very important task. This article through studying and analyzing the Interest income difference leading commercial Banks profit model, puts forward the corresponding solutions, provides important theoretical and significant value for the increasingly fierce competition of commercial Banks in China.In this paper, the logic thinking for research is according to "ask questions-analysis problems-solve problems". The full text mainly based on the macroeconomic background of interest rate liberalization, telling the impacts on the transformation of commercial Banks profit model, and adopts case study method to analysis other factors on the influence of the commercial bank profit model. First of all, define concepts of interest rate marketization, profit model and commercial Bank; Secondly, combing the relevant theories of interest rate marketization and related profit model, studying the effects of interest rate marketization on commercial Banks in China. Moreover, on the premise of related theory as the foundation, We take ping an bank as case study, analyzing the main profit model of Ping an bank, analyzing the marketization of interest rate on its profit model,and under the influence of these factors, comparing Ping an bank profit model. The last, according to the case analysis, we put forward the direction and the suggestion of China’s commercial banks.Through analyzing the whole case, the author thinks that our country’s commercial Banks should be combined with external policy environments and the operating environment of the bank to transform the current profit model. In terms of external policy environments, governments should improve the system of deposit insurance, let go of the the loan deposit ratio restrictions; In terms of the operating of banks, it mainly includes adjusting the size of the assets and liabilities, adjusting the income structure, improving the products’ pricing ability, implementing differential operations. Within the allowance of the national regulatory policy, based on shareholder or regional advantages, by optimizing the business model, clear market position, actively involved in the financial markets, expanding the letter asset scale and scope of operation, increasing the proportion of intermediary business, improve non-interest income share, finally to realize the profit model transformation...
