In recent years, financing difficulties have became the seriousist problem of restricting the development of small micro enterprises.How to make innovation of small financial service and promote coordinated development between the small micro enterprises and small micro finance,has became a hot issue of financial scholars to explore.Taizhou as a measurable area of China’s private economic development promoted the development of the real economy through a series of small micro financial innovation.In this paper, the author chose the micro perspectivity of small micro finance especially private banks in Taizhou to analyze the financial innovation of private economy.This article mainly analycis the financial innovation of private banks.As private banks,how to provide financial support and service for small micro enterprises and maximize their own interests,at the same time driving the development of other small financial institutions.So as to achieve the harmony situation between the small micro finance and the development of private economy.First of all,the article stated the background of the selected topic and summarized research results related to this topic at home and abroad.Then the developed status and characteristics of private economy and the development of private bank were analyzed.Private banks are emphatically analyzed how to realize the benign interaction of innovation and the private economy development.Upon the analysis of small micro financial development in Taizhou,the article made analysis to financial innovation of local government in the process of establishment and development and other small financial institutions as a result of common development,private banks themselves how to realize the benign interaction with the private economy.Then the article established econometric model to analyze the interaction of private economy and private banks in Taizhou.It proved that the mutual promotion between them and causal relationship between each other.Then the results are analyzed and summarized.Finally on the basis of above analysis,the article summarized experience and advantage how to realize the interactive development of private economy and private banks in Taizhou area.It believed that healthy and rapid development of private economy provided fertile soil and space for private banks in Taizhou,at the same time the private banks provided financial support and service for the development of private economy.They achieved mutual promotion and coordinated development.That is full of significance to economic and financial development in other areas.
