| In1991first batch of investment fund was established.. During about20years development, it plays more and more important role in our nations economy. The fund has achieved more than a thousand billion, already. Compared with the scale of developed country fund, which has over a hundred years’history, our market needs to improve in many aspects and the securities investment fund is still the uniform contract fund.. With the development of the large-scale securities investment fund, fund supervisors are not conscientious to their work and operate the market against the rules which damage the interest of holders. As a result, it disturbs the whole stock market order and threatens the healthy development of stock market investment industry. From the history and reality, we know that it is a base to protect the interest of holders. If not, there will be no development of the stock market. Therefore the inevitable issue that we are facing is that how to protect the fund investor. This article is studied under this background, the full text is divided in to six parts.The first chapter is "the introduction", to introduce the background of this article, the research significance, the research goal and the research methods, the research content and the research process. The second chapter summarizes the concept, the characteristic and the development of the securities investment fund. The third chapter introduces the structure of China securities investment fund’s market and China securities investment fund supervision system’s vicissitude as well as the different configuration of organization characteristic. The fourth chapter, by means of the fund empirical study, proposes all sorts of problems which exist at this stage of our country securities investment fund. The fifth chapter is "the case analysis". Make a further study about the problems. The sixth chapter is "the conclusion". Aim at how to improve the methods on the existed problems in the fund market. |
