The Research Of Financial Control For C Company

In nowadays, the companies are facing more and more fierce competitions in both domestic and international market. All companies have to make best use of their resource to compete with others, especially the financing resource.As a subsidiary of a group, the major business of C is the construction for harbors, working period is very long, and will take up lots of capital, has too many risks. So that we should put importance on the safety of capital, improve the internal financial control, work hard on risk reduction, and increase the efficiency of management, create more and more benefit for the company.This paper will base on the current situation of C, find out the defects of internal financial control for C and make some suggestion to improve.The system of financial control needs to re-build, the internal supervision mechanism needs to update, the system of reward and punishment should be clarify, and the procedure of budget making has to be re-consider, all these issues will be analyzed and got the solution from this paper.
