So this paper tries to explore the internal governance will point to the foundation information transparency effect from the fund.The China Foundation Center since2012August to start, on the basis of open, scientific, folk, development, international principles, to the840foundation leaders and more than290enterprises, international organizations, academic experts, composed of representatives of the public opinion leaders in the open FTI platform based transparent index, the transparent index system calibration includes the foundation the basic information, financial information, project information, donation information a total of60, out of129.4points, the index will help fund according to the standard to enhance its transparency and understanding within the industry, the extent of information disclosure of their position, can also help the public to donate a transparent index as a reference, so as to promote the industry to enhance transparency and charity credibility. In this paper, on the basis of FTI based transparent index in the center issued on the basis of the classification, using random sampling method to select98foundation as samples, through the correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis of the empirical testing, the hypotheses and the associated control variables have been verified, it is concluded that the fund internal governance factors have effect on many aspects of on the foundation of information transparency.Combining the results of theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper finally incentive mechanism from the establishment of reasonable internal rate of return, related suggestions are put forward to improve the internal governance mechanism in the proportion of the board of supervisors in the expansion of the stakeholders and the overall development of the concept of governance in three aspects.
