Listing Corporation is the perfect governancestructure can effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of theshareholders of the company, a division of the general meeting of shareholders,the board of directors for the company and senior management authority. It alsohelps the company daily management and decision-making effectiveness andrationality. The research of the corporate governance obviously for raise Chinesemodern managing of company efficiency, thus and finally pushing forwardbusiness enterprise reform not only has important theory meaning, but also hasimportant of realistic meaning.Today, China’s listing Corporation governance structure is not perfect, bothinformation disclosure, balance of power and the fair, there are many problems.Sort out these problems and has very important significance for further study ongovernance structure suitable for our company.
