Operation Integration And Optimization Of Lean Supply Chain In Manufacturing Field

As the pillar economic industry, manufacturing industry is the foundation of thenational economy. In recent years, under the impact of global financial crisis, decreaseof profit and many companies facing collapse, how to survive and develop in the severemarket to is a common concern of both the industry and academia. Under the inspirationof lean thinking and lean production, in this paper, for manufacturing industry the leanis applied to supply chain planning. With the combination of qualitative and quantitativemethod, the operation integration of lean supply chain model and the lean operationintegration model of the supply chain operation mode and management content are putforward.The main thesis of lean manufacturing integrated supply chain planning,collaboration, and information technology has been studied to build an integratedmodel of supply chain operations in a lean environment, the proposed operational modelfor the operation of the three integrated technical support, and by improving the valuestream map Lean supply chain optimization processes. Paper include the following:(1)Lean Supply Chain Operations Planning Integration Model: for supply chainplanning problem description, description of the proposed model and mathematicalmodel using heuristic genetic algorithm to solve the simulation scenario verificationalgorithms effective sexual and accuracy.(2)the mode of operation and optimization oflean supply chain operations integration model: the integrated model proposedoperations are given based on value stream mapping VSM supply chain processoptimization, supply chain flexibility to build strategic level, reduce supply chainuncertainty; from operations level build-time logistics, supply chain real effectiveflow.(3)for the lean supply chain collaboration platform for building smart: combiningresearch project, analyzing intelligence platform to build the foundation, buildingsystems business management modules, and achieve lean supply chain operationsmanagement visualization and digital.Therefore, this paper expands the connotation of supply chain management andemphasizes the lean of supply chain, that is from the perspective of lean, comprehensiveanalysis the supply chain operation system to look for a overall solution to reducesupply chain cost, achieving that the lean supply chain becomes a high quality, low costand high benefit competition pattern. Moreover, from the perspective of practice,scientific optimization method and feasible operation strategy for supply chain management are provided, which adapts to the need of the lean supply chainmanagement, innovation and development.
