Credit is not only the basis of market economy, but also its soul. Enterprise receivables management is one of the core of modern enterprise management, as well as a necessary skill for enterprises to maintain competitive advantage and develop sustainably in market economy. With the expansion of credit scale in domestic enterprises, the quality of accounts receivable seriously influences enterprise profit and cash flow. Therefore, receivables management has become an important topic of promotion of enterprise management.This article uses the literature research method, quantitative analysis method, descriptive research method, comparative method, etc. B enterprise is analyzed to explain the status of receivables management and solve the problems in receivables management, using the related theories of receivables management, comparing to the mature development of receivables management mode. According to the practical situation and the management of B enterprise, the paper puts forward the receivables management plan to achieve profit maximization and risk minimization objective.The paper entitled "Study on countermeasures of receivables management improvement in B Company". The thesis consists of five parts. The first chapter describes the background, purpose and significance of the study, and the research content and framework are introduced. The second chapter mainly elaborates the theory of receivables management, including the introduction of enterprise credit, credit risk and other concepts and theories, and the receivables management content, and introduces several scientific receivables management patterns that are most widely used. The third chapter introduces the general situation in B Company and its status quo in receivables management, thus summarizes its main problems of receivables management. The fourth chapter proposes the solution to the problems existing in receivables management in the B Company by the establishment of an independent department of receivables management and full-procession receivables management mode, the receivables management informatization, and the improvement of credit culture management to raise the level of receivables management in B Company. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and the significance of this research that is summarized.
