This article aims to research several key factors about executives turnover through thestudy of the top management and enterprise performance in Growth enterprise market.Firstly, This paper reviewed the domestic and foreign scholars on executives turnoverand enterprise performance, then this paper summarize the problems which are fund bydomestic and foreign scholars in the way of exploring. In order to study the executives easily,defined the executives in two parts: executives and financial executives.Secondly, collecting and collating the432turnover executives samples about data on theGEM during2010to2012, the main way is through the hug infiux of information networkand Jiang nan securities executives, select the enterprise’s financial information which theexecutives leaved, and according to the obtained data, this paper use the classificationprocessing. The GEM executives turnover factors can be divided into two aspects: personaland enterprise, the reason of personal includes: age, enterprise includes: the competition ofindustry, financial, stock price and so on. At last, analysis the samples and fund the hypothesis.At the same time, the study found that the factors of the GEM executive changes significantlyin different levels, including net income, the degree of competition in the market andexecutive turnover into negative correlation, enterprise stock p/e ratio, volatility of the stockcycle and coporate changes into positive correlation.Thirdly, by determining the variables and control variables, establish the multipleregression model, infer the hypothesis true or false which based on comprehensive analysis ofvariables, according to the analysis about the degree of influence of each variable on theexecutive, this paper find: when carrying out regression analysis, the samples must be selectedagain, the main reason is the lack of some sample research, or do not contain the requiredvariables in the principle; also find in the study that the factors of significant do differentdegree on GEM executives executives.Finally, according to the research results, combined with the specific circumstances ofChina, put forward policy recommendations, they are mainly on the improvement of lawabout the GEM executives turnover and stake advice; then put forward the advice aboutconsummating the mechanism of GEM enterprise and corporate governance structure of theproposed.
