Openness Influence On Industrial Structure Level

With the development of economic globalization and the knowledge economy, openness has gradually become the backbone of economic growth in a country or region. Practice proved that the world economy, the level of development of openness has become a measure of the extent and level of modernization of national and regional economic development an important symbol. However, not only has openness become the level of economic development, but also become key factors of raising the level of industrial structure, promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. Through depth-analyzing the impact of openness on the level of industrial structure in Zhejiang province, we can give full play to the role of the open economy "leader", Not only contribute to the road of sustainable development and healthy export-oriented economy, but also has certain significance for the development of open economy in other areas.In this paper, the openness as the focus, at home and abroad to fully draw on the research results, based on an exploratory study of the impact of openness on the level of industrial structure issues from the perspective of Zhejiang Province. First, this article reviews the relevant theoretical system of research, including openness, the level of industrial structure and the correlation between the two sides. Second, based on the results of domestic and international empirical research on openness, we can build up the evaluation index system to the specific circumstance in Zhejiang province, the indicators including the degree of dependence on foreign trade, foreign capital dependence, foreign economic cooperation and international tourism openness. Third, in-depth analysis on the industrial structure level in Zhejiang province level. Fourth, the qualitative and quantitative analysis to the impact of openness on the level of industrial structure in Zhejiang province is important,qualitative analysis includes direct and indirect effection, while the quantitative analysis by constructing a VAR mode to get the impulse response function to carry out empirical research on the dynamic impaction of openness on the level of industrial structure in Zhejiang province. Finally, we need to find out the problems and shortcomings of upgrading the industrial structure based on openness in Zhejiang province, and study its impact factors to propose a more targeted policies and proposals.
