| Employment issues at the global and regional countries are highly anticipated, and social effects of SMEs in the development process is very significant, especially plays an overwhelming role in job creation. In this paper, Hong Kong SMEs and employment as the main research content, by analyzing the effect of efforts to significantly attract SMEs in Hong Kong in terms of employment and in all aspects of making and summarized the successful experience of SMEs in Hong Kong to promote employment, and the experience of enlightenment and the development of SMEs in Hong Kong real internal and external environment, the focus of the recommendations put forward specific measures for SMEs in Hong Kong to better solve the employment problem in Hong Kong has become the main force.This paper is divided into six sections:Chapter I:Introduction. Chapter IV:analysis of employment factors attract small and medium sized enterprises in Hongkong.Chapter V:analysis of the problems facing the development of the small and medium enterprises in Hong Kong, respectively from the small and medium-sized enterprises, its existing problems and other influence factors analysis, Chapter VI:the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the employment of small and medium-sized enterprises in Hongkong. From SMEs own factors and external environmental factors put forward some small and medium enterprises in Hong Kong to promote employment of countermeasures and suggestions.
