At present, under the special background of for the Post-Financial Crisis Era, as the biggest FDI inflowing country,China faces many new challenges in keeping the attraction of FDI. In order to maintain for continuing attraction of FDI in our country, this paper reorganize and analyze the factors affecting the attracting of FDI in our country, based on the former research literature, combining with the new situation of the financial crisis era, and discusses the new changes in the influencing factors of attracting FDI in our country.World new macro environment changes in post financial crisis era background. This paper studies the development and present situation of attracting FDI in our country and the influence factor of attracting FDI in our country, using the research methods including literature analysis and statistical analysis.The structure of this paper is divided into five chapters, respectively, the introduction, the theoretical foundation and literature review, the development and present situation of attracting FDI in our country, after the financial crisis era of China’s macroeconomic environment, factors that can affect the absorption of FDI in our country under the new economic situation change analysis, the conclusions and policy recommendations. First, this article collect the possible influencing factors of FDI location selection from the theoretical research and the latest literature research system, combining with the change of FDI total amount and project number, total amount and contract number of our country to attract FDI in the distribution of the three major industries, thus systematically understand the development and current situation of China’s attracting FDI, forming a preliminary interpretation on the change of attracting FDI in our country. Second, this paper analyzes the special background of the special era, upgrading the changes in the macroeconomic environment in the period, providing the basis for the analysis of factors that can affect the absorption of FDI in our country under the new economic situation. Again, in this paper, literature analysis to our country’s influence factors of attracting FDI effect is analyzed, and combining with the data in the post financial crisis era in our country, discusses the influence factors on the effect of China’s FDI attracting ability; Finally, summarize the above analysis, get a reasonable conclusion, and according to the analysis and conclusion, give targeted policy suggestions. |
