In addition to maintaining his own real estate businesscapital chain and smooth financing outside, we must break the current bottleneckoperations management capabilities, from start to improve their internal control andmanagement level, lack of full understanding of the internal control system exists,and combined with the actual establishment of a sound effective internal controlsystem in order to achieve the maximization of corporate interests.First, this paper describes the current development of China’s real estate businessand overall internal controls, a detailed description of the real estate business with thedevelopment of capital demand, the development of a long span of time, subject tothe laws and regulations affecting large and huge investment risk characteristics,detailed analysis Our nearly10years of real estate control policies. On this basis,further interpretation of the advantages of Chinese real estate enterprises are facing,weaknesses, opportunities and threats, indicating the future development trend of thereal estate business.
