These problems are associated with the immediate interests of thebroad masses of farmers, is in the process of new rural construction, it relations to theharmony between cadres and the masses, at the same time also affect the smoothcarrying out rural daily management work. Meanwhile. If the rural financial work haveproblems,it will become a major cause that lead village cadres crimes, intensifyingconflicts between cadres and masses, masses villagers petition, affecting rural socialstability, restrict the healthy operation of the rural economy and development.With the continuous development of social changes, many new situations and newproblems are emerging, this requests us in the process of new rural construction,financial management should have innovative thinking, whether from the managementmethods and management system constraints, is to find appropriate methods andmeasures to make it keep pace with The Times, adapt to the current rural economicdevelopment.
