Study On The Development Of Ecological Livestock Husbandry In Fuxin

The development of ecological livestock husbandry can achieve sustainable useof resources, solve environmental pollution problems, promote the economicdevelopment and construction of the city and improve farmers’ income levels. It canalso enhance the quality of animal products to win a place in the international marketand to promote the development of livestock husbandry to modernized, industrializedand internationalized direction.The coal resources in Fuxin were depleting, for the economic development of thecity, so the municipal government took "strengthening the city by livestock" as thegoal to take the development of livestock husbandry as the main direction of urbaneconomic restructuring. The development of livestock husbandry is inseparable fromthe sustainable development of the ecology, which improved people’s livingenvironment while putting a powerful force into the economic development of the city.Developing the ecological livestock husbandry will be the only way for the economicdevelopment of Fuxin.However, the development of ecological livestock husbandry in Fuxin is still inits infancy that encountered many problems. The serious pollution to the environmentcaused by livestock manure was difficult to get an effective solution, livestock farmercooperatives did not provide a strong guarantee for the development of livestockhusbandry in Fuxin ecology, and the livestock products were failed to achieveeffective safety regulation.Based on research, the author proposed the relevant program to solve theproblems in the different period of the development of Fuxin livestock husbandryaimed at the status quo of Fuxin livestock development. It is a necessary prerequisite for the construction of the ecological livestock husbandry to gain the financial grantfor the development of ecological livestock husbandry by the relevant statedepartments. To improve the management of the environmental pollution caused bylivestock, to provide effective protection by the farmer cooperatives, to achieve safetysupervision of livestock products and to ensure the healthy development of livestockhusbandry are effective measures to actively promote the development of ecologicallivestock husbandry, which is an important way to accelerate the construction of theurban economy, solve the problem of environmental pollution and increase farmers’income.The author used a comparative study method to retrieve the research andliterature, started from the processing of livestock manure, the promotion of thedevelopment of livestock husbandry by livestock farmers’ cooperatives, thesupervision and monitoring of animal safety and quality, and the competitiveindustries of deep processing of livestock products, combining the actual developmentof livestock husbandry in Fuxin, to put forward the feasible views andcountermeasures in favor of Fuxin ecological livestock husbandry development. Takethe promotion of ecological livestock husbandry as the priority of the development oflivestock husbandry in Fuxin, learn from the successful experience and advancedtechnology of the development of ecological livestock husbandry in major capitalcities, accelerate the change from common and traditional development system toecological livestock husbandry and achieve ecological development of livestockhusbandry to lay an important foundation for future economic development and urbanplanning in Fuxin.
