Research On The Development Of Xing Shisi Agricultural Science And Technology Park In Gannan

The Agriculture Science-technology Park is a new production and operation mode for large-scaleagriculture which takes as agriculture’s technological guide, scale management, enterprise supervisionand market-based operation as its essential features. With the rapid development of modern agriculturaleconomy, the Agricultural Technology Park has built the bridge between agricultural scientific researchand production and born the responsibility to advancing agricultural science and technology as well.On the basis of some relevant study on the parks in China and abroad, this paper analyzes thedevelopment of Xingshi si Agricultural Technology Park of Heilongjiang province, applying theresearch methods of review analysis, systematical analysis and investigative analysis and then focuseson the demonstration sites of corn cropping mode, mechanization of hay production and facilityagriculture. Based on the above empirical researches, the paper discusses the development andconstruction of this Park and its radiate effect on the surroundings.Firstly, this paper introduces the backgrounds of the topic and its domestic and foreign researchesand the applied methods, and then provides some relevant terms and theories about the parks. Secondly,it demonstrates the development of the Agriculture Science-technology Park in the following threeperspectives: the basic information about Xingshi si, the construction settings and its situations. Thirdly,the paper analyzes the outstanding achievements since Xingshi si Agricultural Technology Park’sconstruction in the agriculture improvement, the deepening of industrial clusters, the increasing incomeof farmers, the agglomeration of Xingshi si’s population and the improving quality of its population.Fourthly, it probes into Xingshi si Agricultural Technology Park from its demonstration sites of facilityagriculture, hay and corn and the corresponding new products and technologies in the sites, and thendiscusses the benefits from the sites’ function. Lastly, it probes into the problems in the construction ofXingshi si Agricultural Technology Park and its solutions in response, and then looks ahead into itsfuture and gets the conclusion that the thesis study will benefit the progress and planning of theAgricultural Technology Park in Heilong jiang province and provides significance for deepening theconstruction of the new country.Through preliminary study, the thesis gets the following conclusions:First, Xingshi si Agricultural Technology Park applies new agricultural technology and variety,modern management concept and the park’s function (experimentation, demonstration, popularizationand education) into the traditional agriculture in the Park and its radiant areas, which has further realizedthe transformation of agriculture in this area in increasing the agricultural output and optimizing theplanting structure.Second, Xingshi si Agricultural Technology Park’s construction and development promote theindustrialization of agriculture and the industry and service as well, which has prompted thediversification of famers’ income and the improvement of living standard.Third, Xingshi si Agricultural Technology Park, as the developing pole in this area, increases theprosperity of agriculture economy and its relevant industries, which has digested local labors and absorbed foreign scientific and technological workers and labors as well so that promotes Xingshi si’surbanization.
