The hotel is used as an accommodation, dining and entertainment of high-end commercial organizations, they create a comfortable environment for consumption and services must rely on a lot of material and human resources. And under the current circumstances, global environmental degradation caused by the people for the waste of resources and environmental pollution concerns. State is well aware of the environmental issues relating to the survival of the world’s people living in various countries began to take various measures for environmental protection. Many people think that all manufacturing environmental protection against such a large industry, it is not. The hotel industry in the third iconic industries, green operation is the only way the trend is sustainable development. How to achieve through internal adjustments green transformation of the way of the hotel, while the green, low-carbon ideas from the conceptual level to rise to real economic income, which are worthy of further exploration of the issue. Faced with an increasingly competitive world of modern business, and only based on customers, people-oriented, understand and meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction; while establishing corporate social responsibility, access to customer identification, before being invincible. In essence, the goal is to reach the hotel ultimate customer satisfaction and loyalty generated by satisfaction. So everything works the hotel should be to meet customer demand for service purposes. This is the basic purpose of all the hotels, so when you want to achieve green operations must not change the basic purpose of customer-oriented as possible to achieve sustainable development.Through collecting relevant literature, summarizes the most relevant green hotel theory and cutting-edge research results and describes the research status at home and abroad for hotel customer satisfaction. Under the conditions of our country then I combine the features of a green hotel were analyzed right amount, at the same time in the form of a questionnaire survey of the M hotel conducted a customer satisfaction case transferredInvestigation and analysis. Finally, by analyzing the results, the corresponding improvements.
