BY Construction Group co., LTD is a large local state-owned construction engineering enterprises mainly for building construction business. At present, the domestic construction industry reaches the stage of overcapacity in general so that BY has proposed a policy of "Go Global Strategy" in order to penetrate into the broader international market. This policy will enable BY Company to adjust its business structure, improve the management level and broaden future development patterns. But comparing with the domestic, overseas projects are characterized by the very long construction period, the quite different working environment and the more difficult living conditions. The expatriate staffs of the companies are stationed overseas for a long time and bear the heavy work of the construction and market development. It has not only led to a general lack of their daily family responsibilities, but also has exacerbated the severity of Work-Family Conflict. Therefore the Work-Family Conflict has seriously constrained the expatriate staffs to perform their overseas working and eventually will hamper the achievement of "Go Global Strategy".In this paper, the research framework and the research tools are filtered out through literature study. There is significantly negative correlation between two dimensions of Work-Family Conflict and all dimensions of Job Involvement. There is significantly positive correlation between Perceived Organizational Support and each dimension of Job Involvement. Perceived Organizational Support can, to some extent, moderates the relationship between Work-Family Conflict and Job Involvement. In order to balance the Work-Family Conflict of the expatriate staffs and to improve the degree of Job Involvement, this article suggests that the enterprise should perfect its system of Organizational Support system from the perspective of the culture and policy environment, and should build the operation programs of Organizational Support which are based on a core of superior, instrumental and emotional support (SIM).This paper aims to research how Work-Family Conflict and Organizational Support influence Job Involvement. And the writer puts forward some strategies to improve and enhance Organizational Support system, hoping that it can enrich the domestic theory about Work-Family Conflict, Organizational Support and Job Involvement and hoping that it is useful to the companies which want to establish an efficient Organizational Support system, balance the Work-Family Conflict of their expatriate staffs, improve the levels of Job Involvement and create a high standard of corporate performance.
