The enhance of the core competitiveness of enterprises depends primarily on technological innovation,and the enhance of technological innovation mainly lies in the ability of technological innovation staff.Technology Equity Incentive fully integrated behavioral and technological achievements of the technical innovation staff, to enable them to participate companies profit distribution with their own knowledge and technology,to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of technological innovation,thus promoting innovation capability and overall performance improved.Technology innovators equity incentive rich theoretical foundation.Evolution of Cooperation ideas showing traces of equity incentive ideas,theoretical assumptions about human nature provides raw power of equity incentive,property rights,human capital and human capital theory tells the technician should enjoy the remaining ownership and control of enterprises,profits sharing and the equity incentive theory is clearly aimed at achieving personal and business goals through consistent long-term profit sharing mechanism. Now scholars conducted research from many aspects,such as equity incentive stage,the relationship between the equity incentive and corporate performance as well as equity incentive plan design,but more concentrated in the ESOP and management holdings,and research of technical innovation staff are less particularly,the research for technical equity of technological innovation staff should be strengthened.With high personal qualities and professional competence,as well as work with high-value and hard alternative,technological innovation staff plays an irreplaceable role in technological innovation and development.With the maturing domestic policies,laws and theoretical research,and the growing wealth of practical experience for technological equity,The implementation conditions of equity incentive becoming more and more mature.In order to verify the technical innovation shareholdings impact on corporate performance,we use a multi-case comparison of statistical indicators and a combination of evidence of typical cases,the conclusion that technology innovators equity incentive plan to help enterprises to improve the long-term performance.Technical equity to fully take into account the characteristics of psychological,behavioral and occupational of technological innovation staff, therefore, the equity incentive of high-tech enterprise should be based on technical equity,and consolidated other incentive types,you can use the annual salary system+basic equity+technical equity(including technical dry stock,dividends backfill technology stocks, technology option).Thus,based on the equity incentive plan published in2008of Suzhou Xinhaiyi Communication Technology Co.,Ltd., this paper selectes technology options for the incentive model,on which part of the equity incentive of technicians corrected and improved.
