In recent years, national and regional investment in research is also increasing year by year as China’s comprehensive national strength grows, at the same time, the Science Fund system has developed rapidly, not only on the type and number of the Fund, but also on the outcome of the projects supported by the Fund.Research Fund is a fund established to support the academic research. A direct response of project outcome is research papers, whose quantity and quality are important indicators of researchers’level. With the rapid growth in the scientific area and fund system area, scientific research units and researchers apply multiple funds also occur. Same projects simultaneously supported by two or more funds or supported several times in succession by one or several funds are not uncommon. One important output of research projects is the scientific paper, while the fund paper is supported by various government departments, funds organizations and enterprises. There are a lot of works on the Fund’s quantitative research at home and abroad, including the distribution of Fund and the content of Fund papers. While the research on duplicate financing papers is almost blank, therefore, from the perspective of Fund theses, to explore the issue of duplicate financing is a meaningful exploration.Based on CNKI, this paper carries quantitative analysis of articles in eleven core journal of library, information and archive science from2008to2012. According to the articles information, the study analyzes fund paper rate, establishes multi-fund assistance co-word matrix, and conduct social network analysis, cluster analysis and multidimensional scaling analysis to show the features of multi-fund assistance. In addition, the study has a preliminary find that, to a large extent, there is no positive correlation between fund quantity and cited frequency of article in library, information and archive science field by studying the cited frequency of the papers.
