Science and technology is a "double-edged sword", it not only improved thepeople’s material life, and enriched the spiritual world of humanity, at the same time,has also brought many negative effects, and even catastrophic consequences. In recentyears, some of the improper application of the technique, triggered a series ofpractical ethics problem, especially the food safety accidents frequently occurred inour country in recent years, the people started to pay attention to the use of scienceand technology in food industry, and put forward higher ethical requirements forscience and technology workers and users in the industry.
