With Tibet’s rapid development of regional economy and impact of urbanization expansion,regional structure of agriculture is faced with transformation and upgrading from traditional plantingindustry to diversified resource, ecology and environment balanced modern agriculture. Tibet itself hasadvantages of plateau pure natural environment, unique pollution-free plough, as well as agriculturalproducts base, husbandry service base and sustainable development agricultural ecology base, which arestrong insurance of characterized advantage agriculture and land industry development. Therefore, thisarticle investigated Dagze county together with Tibet’s natural resources, human resources, socialresources as well as other factors, and find it with good geographical location, natural environment, highlevel of agricultural development to further development of suburban sightseeing ecological agriculture.Firstly, the article conduct a SWOT analysis of Dagze’s husbandry products, product basefacilitations, production and life conditions as well as agricultural scientific technologies on behalf ofDagze’s location and humanity advantages, combined with suburban sightseeing ecological agriculturetheories of agricultural ecology, industrial ecology and tourism ecology. Find its strength asgeographical environment, husbandry, soil and water resources, Central committee policy inclinationand Tibet-support economic plan. Weakness as poor basic implementation and regional social andeconomic development, agricultural science and technology talent gap, single sales of agriculturalbyproducts. Opportunity as industrial policy plan from both central and local government, transitionperiod of planting industry, social economic benefit and demanding increase. Threat as limited resourceof tourists and single sales channels. And get a conclusion that using SWOT model, analysis thecharacteristic of Dagze county region, resources and environment and other internal factors and policybackground, industry and market demand and other external factors, Dagze has a bright future todevelop its suburban sightseeing eco-agriculture.Secondly, analyze the development situation of Dagze’s suburban sightseeing ecologicalagriculture from aspects of its county policy, resources, market and benefits. Currently, Dagze’ssuburban sightseeing ecological agriculture obtained great progress with the help of government, andthere are still hindering factors can be seen. The first one is not enough understanding, investigation andanalysis toward further development, leading to no characteristic and independent. The second is thelack of interaction, segmentation and exchanges between urban and rural areas, leading to a huge gap,aggravating the contradiction among industries. The third is lack of qualified scientific and technicaltalents, the agricultural production technology is relatively backward compared to mainland area,leading to weak market competitiveness. The fourth is the low consciousness of ecological environmentprotection, and leading to the damage of the original resources environment balance of suburbansightseeing eco agriculture. The fifth is the narrow sales channel of agricultural byproducts, leading to apopularization of the products. Based on the above issues, Dagze County suburban sightseeing ecological agriculture is facingwith transformation. Therefore, this paper gives some suggestions and measures. The first is to establishsuburban agriculture insurance and laws, combined with the concept of sustainable development, makefull use of the central tilt policy to Tibet, increase the manpower, financial and material resources, andimplement the government implementations gradually. The second is to combine with governmentdevelopment plan, involving the concept of innovation, balancing the humanities, social and naturalenvironment, and coordinating development between urban and rural areas. The third is to introducehigh science and quality technology to promote modern agriculture, at the same time to achieve thepopularization of agricultural science and technology education, to immerge science and technologywith agriculture, and cultivate science and technology integrated farming and herdsman talents. Thefourth is to protect the ecology, and develop integrated suburban sightseeing agriculture park. The fifthis to establish an information sharing mechanism and e-commerce channel, to realize sales channeldiversification, network and marketing.In summary, the solution, to some extent, enhance the protection of ecological natural environment,improve the basic production conditions of agriculture, improve the comprehensive production abilityof agriculture and peasants’ income, cultivate modern superiority industry system, and enhance thepower of modern technology and management, build a modern new suburb agriculture, support thecomprehensive construction of modern agriculture, husbandry and the socialist new countryside,well-off Dagze, peace and harmony Dagze construction, and finally realize the agriculturemodernization, industry characteristic and business efficiency.
