In today’s rapid development of thelogistics industry,distribution as an integrated logistics service activities in the form of activities in thesocio-economic development is playing an increasingly important role. Optimization of distributionlines transport vehicles,will help improve economic efficiency of logistics and reduce transportationcosts of enterprises,to achieve scientific logistics.In this paper, the uniform distribution of vegetables in Urumqi community study the issue,distribution and transportation costs to a minimum as the goal, combined with the actual situation ofenterprises related to the circulation of agricultural products,considering the time constraints ofcapacity and services,the construction of a fixed storage warehouse,there are third-party logisticscompanies involved,under the emergency distribution of vegetables more than three cases velodromemodels combined transport vehicle routing optimization model of the problem,then the packet willimprove radar scanning method and improved genetic algorithm combining constitute RSG-GAhybrid algorithm to solve it. And analyzes the test results to verify the algorithm is reasonable andeffective, and ultimately get the vehicle path in line with the three direct sales business model ofcommunity vegetable optimization problem vegetables uniform distribution programs to addresscommunity food stores selling vegetables in the logistics chain vegetable uniform distributionproblems.
