Analysis And Optimization Of Jinghe Farmland-use Structure Based On Linear Programming

The land can produce everything and it also can sprout thousands of auspicious. Land is one of themost important capital goods of survival and development of human beings. Since the establishment ofPeople’s Republic of China, land issue has aroused wide public concern and farmland is the most importantpart of land. Jinghe County is attached to Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang UygurAutonomous Region. Located in northwest of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, northern slope ofBoluokenu mount of Tianshan Mountains, The southwest edge of Junggar Basin. Jinghe is amulti-ethnic-populated area in which including Han, Hui, Kazak, Mongolian, Uygur and other26nationalities. The total land area of Jinghe is1054796.73hectares and of which789529.94hectares isfarmland, construction land7275.96hectares and other land257990.83hectares. With the rapid economicand social development of Jinghe, the demand for land increasing continually and the contradictionbetween limited farmland resources and land demand is looming large; the farmland-use structure has agreat change which influences the local development of agriculture and the social advancement. The centraldocument No.1has focused on issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area for a decade and it emphasize onthe solution of agricultural problems as a top priority. Therefore, through the analysis of farmland-usestructure, put forward some suggestions in order to providea strong theoretical basis for optimizingfarmland-use structure.This article analyze and optimize thefarmland-use structure of Jinghe by drawing some relatedconcepts and theories, summarizing overseas and domestic research status and usingthe linearprogramming model. This article is divided into four parts; the first part is literature review, and the secondpart analyzes current situation of farmland-use structure in Jinghe, the third part buildsan index system andput forward some suggestions about reasonable allocation and efficient utilization of farmland-use throughthelinear programming model, the forth part come up withstructural optimization scheme, suggestions,shortcomings and innovation of this article.In allusion to problems of farmland-use of Jinghe, this article put forward some suggestions as follow:Firstly, establish and improve daily land management system; secondly, ensure the balance of arable landtruly; thirdly, strengthen the protection of farmland, protect and improve land ecological environment;fourthly, optimizingfarmland-use structure and improve farmland-use efficiency. According to the analysisand optimization, the research provide reference basis for the sustainable development of farmlandresources of Jinghe County.
